The cookies bake very evenly on this sheet. I will be purchasing more of these.

Using it as a back splash and it does a great job.

I bought 2 of these cookie pans. They look really nice but the surface of the aluminum tends scratch easily. In fact, a lot of them in the store shelf were already scratched. It's also possible to rub of some of the aluminum off when wiping it down with with a wet paper towel (you can see that it stains the paper towel gray). Therefore, I would use parchment paper to reduce possible ingestion of aluminum.

It's a great size and provides even heat from edge to edge. No burnt cookies! I highly recommend this cookie sheet over the darker, grey coloured non-stick varieties. They always seem to burn or stick. I do recommend spraying this sheet with Pam or something similar. They'll side right off.
