The new PADERNO Non-Stick Champagne Frypan makes frying a breeze! Thanks to its heavy-gauge aluminum body, the heat is distributed evenly for a whole wholesome cooking experience. Its neither too heavy nor too light, making it the perfect tool for my kitchen. I love the large size which accommodates a meal for multiple people. I particularly liked how its non-stick coating allowed me to cook with little to no oil. My potato wedges were an even crisp all around. Although it heats up quickly and evenly, the handle remain cool and safe to the touch, even on my gas stove. Cleaning it was a breeze, and I was able to easily wipe it dry and use it for my next meal. Looking forward to testing this in the oven!
