The threads on the plunger do not get tight anymore....but i am unable to get replacement parts

Well pleased with this french press.

Great press

I bought this to replace a glass French press that broke (familiar story?). The plunger actually fits and works better than the old one (which wasn't a brand name) and the insulated body keeps coffee hot. I got this on sale and wouldn't want to pay full price for it. However, I think it will last a long time and I'm very happy with it.

Worth it

Excellent French press. Coffee stays hot and of course it doesn't shatter. The filter section unscrews from the central rod so that you can easily rinse out the grounds.
