WARNING!!! They do no honour their warranty.

They do no honour their warranty.
25 years?...BS!!!!
Its a cheap pan and they claim that I used the pan for frying..
Weird
Frying in a frying pan. Imagine.
They did not replace the frying pan.
I sent one pic and they responded the same day saying they did an extensive investigation and found that the pan was not covered under the warranty.
DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT!!!
CANADIAN TIRE HAS STOOPED to a new LOW.
The finish is peeling off and we only had this pan for one year!!!!

Doesn’t last any longer than other cheap pans.

“Made with imported materials” SO it may be constructed in Canada but it’s not truly Canadian. Lots of their other products are made in China. I bought several of these pans over the past couple of years and they are all starting to wear out. Everything you do voids the “warranty” they have. Nothing over low heat, so no searing anything, As high heat is for boiling, No hard utensils, Have to clean with baking soda and leave it for hour to set, so even cleaning is a complicated process.

I contacted customer “service” but they don’t offer any service. No solutions, just that warranty is not covered better knuckle next time. So i have a $100+ pan that I’m not allowed to use as a pan, but more of a slow cooker that is not only good for the dump, no way to recycle it or service it and not actually Canadian like they claim to be.

Save your money and buy something of actual quality elsewhere that will actually last or save your money and just buy cheap Chinese ones and cut out the middle man.

I’ve never been so disappointed in what was suppose to be a Canadian product. Must be run by Trudeau liberals.
