Nice muffin pan.

So far so good! Never heard of a Professional Muffin Pan before, more like a commercial quality Muffin Pan. The non stick feature works well, but it is new so time will tell.

Best pans I have ever used

These are the best pans I have ever used. I make butter tarts and the gooey overflow is very easy to clean up.
