stick resistant coating - I think not

Bought this pan because I thought I would be great for no sticking of food...well it is NOT a good pan... everything we cook sticks no matter what we do,

Paid over 100 dollars on this so stuck with it for a while but will not buy another pan that is labeled 'hybrid clad'.

I would give it -1 stars if I could!!!!!!

Love my pan!

First to address comments about food sticking to the pan....the pan should be seasoned prior to first use by rubbing a little cooking oil into it and leaving it on, plus you always need a small amount of oil or butter when frying something, never a dry pan. When using it, you get better results at lower heat. The pan is designed to cook food equally as fast at a lower heat setting. Cooking on higher heat will cause food to stick.I love how evenly it cooks, no hot spots. It is also a breeze to wash. It's the best frying pan I've ever owned.

Very disappointed

Not very happy....everything sticks to this pan. Have had better results with a cheap $30 pan

I love the size and thr it can go into the oven, however I’ve used it numerous times and struggle with everything sticking, even if I used butter or oil. Not sure if there was seasoning instructions? However I’ll probably stick with my nonstick Paderno skillets which I love.

Great pan so far

Bought this pan on Boxing Day for $99. This pan is great! I love being able to use metal utensils with it, way better than traditional non stick for that alone. Reviews on here complaining about eggs sticking either arent using the right heat setting or not using sufficient oil/butter. With about a tablespoon of either I have had zero sticking issues with eggs. I am waiting for the pans to go on sale again and will definitely be picking up the 28cm pan.
