Conical Burr Coffee Grinder

I’m on my 2nd Paderno Burr grinder and it’s now also stalling and displaying an E-03 error. This is a major Paderno product disappointment and seems like a suspicious company scam trying to con the customer into purchasing defective product as they are on sale @canadiantire on “clearance” pricing and since many other consumers are reporting the same exact E-03 error as seen in the review section here.

We are on our second one of these. At one year it again is throwing out the E-3 error. This one was a (free) replacement from the first one that became unusable for the same reason.
It’s unfortunate as it is quieter than others, grinds well and less static.

Worked for a day. Bought as a gift, and was kept unopened for 4 or 5 months. Infamous e-3, my cheaper cuisinart works fine, louder, but at least it grinds. Paderno needs to recall all of these. What a scam

Nobody said how to trouble shoot the Paderno e3 problem for those unhappy, and very strange fact, ALL 5 or 4 stars reviews are from the same day 25/4/2023

What is the probability that all very happy customers write a great review the same day ...and then nothing after over a year
