PADERNO Cast Iron DUTCH OVEN

Excellent cast post. Roast was browned on outside and juicy and tender on the inside. Love the ability to pour out the drippings without making a mess due to the square shape of the Dutch oven. Cleans up quickly and easily. Definitely a welcomed addition to my kitchen.
